Getting children into schools isn't enough to solve illiteracy, mentoring and coaching teachers to advance childhood reading , providing support, motivating them to perform better empowers teachers to teach better.
RBO rotarians have been sharing a few tricks of the trade with the teachers as well as the children with exercises, by engaging the students and the teachers in critical thinking and more. Various sessions were conducted in the month of August 2019. The beneficiaries were the 150 students and 8 teachers of the Rajanukunte Govt high school.
